I don't think it's fully fixed. (the game updates every week)

Level 5230. Actually, the level gives you some black candies, which may help you at some points, like creating candy fish, or striped candy. I took 9 attempts to finish this level, due to the fact that fish always opens green jelly under blockers when Jelly Queen takes turn, while it always ignores red jelly when Jennyβ¦

Apparently the designers put too many thick clouds and cupcakes that couldn't be done in 20 moves. Like I have said before, 4 colors is not always helpful at some points.
