Hello @Kccoco and welcome to Soda community! Do you mean you received a timed booster among the rewards? Once timed boosters are claimed, the timer is activated and cannot be paused, it's how timed boosters work 🙂

Hi @Kerrie ! I'm not sure I understand your question? You should replay and win the level and then post the screenshot of the score you got after replaying, like the one in the example I submitted and like the ones we always submit🙂. We consider that score as valid.
