Hi! I'm not sure I understand your question but yes occasionally players may win a booster and a ribbon. this happened before when boosters and ribbons have been assigned to lower ranking positions. They may overlap if there are few participants which I can't know for sure beforehand 🙂

It has been rolled only to players residing in couple of countries for some months as far as I know which country are you playing from? which aspects do you not like and find not user friendly?
