I know how you feel, but even if you think you've worked hard for them, a free booster is a free booster and do not get refunded since it's not a purchase. King only refund items that have been paid for and that's it.

Have you tried playing in a different browser from your regular one? Also, do you play any other games that aren't loading up or is it just with Candy Crush?

If it doesn't load up for you automatically then there's nothing that can be done, the bonus games and live ops are not always rolled out to everyone and it's been this way for quite some time. I've asked before and I was informed that's it luck of the draw on who get it and who doesn't.

Unfortunately I doubt you'll get any where with that, if you haven't password protected in-app purchases on your account then it won't be considered a "mistake". Been there, done that, got the t-shirt.

If it regularly crashes on you then yeah, you have a problem, but if it's only crashed for you on the end of level 690 then that's just unlucky (and incredibly lucky at the same time! I've had my fair share of crashes, but that's down to my mobile being a bit rubbish)

I'm don't thinks that's possible to do, it may be better for you to create and connect to a Kingdom account on King.com instead if connecting to FB if it's a problem for you.

Your probably better off doing a fresh installation rather then just disconnect and reconnect as that never does anything apart from connect you. If there's a problem with one the game files, nothing will change, whereas a fresh install put everything back to square one. All you'll need to do is reconnect it to FB once…

That sucks but honestly, why stock up soooo many lives! Don't get me wrong I store some as well but If you have that many spare, you obviously don't need them all! You're more likely to cause yourself problems by doing this as the inbox is not robust at all, with that many lives you most likely hit TILT!
