You'll have to connect your game to Facebook or Kingdom on King.com in order for you to store your progress on a server. Once stored you can connect to which ever one you chose on your new device and your progress will be synced to it!

No it's not possible unfortunately as the PC versions run from either Facebook or King.com and do not get installed directly onto the PC itself and there is no way to do it.

This level is made easier if you get several butterflies of the same colour (3 would be ideal!) as they can be filled at the same time as each other. Test if you can send and receive tickets from a PC Eric, I had the same thing before on my mobile and it always seems to go through no problem on my PC. If it's been a while since you installed the game it may be worth doing a fresh install just in case any files got corrupted.

If you're fully synced with FB it may be worth deleting the app, re-installing and sync to your progress again. If any files have got damaged or corrupted over time it will replace them with the fresh install.
