I always spin for moves. Even if I don't get more moves I think acquiring extra boosters every spin is very worth it . Candy crush wants you to watch there commercials so they almost always will give you another free spin every time.

Best places to collect stripped and wrapped. 666 will get you many. 1476, 3309 will give you very many stripped but only blue and green.

Best levels to collect color bombs 2000 gets 24 to 25. 1476 around 20 ish, 1055 16 to 20. 3309 collect 254 color bombs and up. So you decide.

Actually I wrote this for discussions section but someone suggested I put it here. I thought it was a good idea because people will come here to get hints and how to do better at Candy crush. My basic idea was just to help others to succeed. But you're right it does say only one hint.
