What was your last move? That is the important question. It obviously was not matching the three red candies or they wouldnโt still be showing on the board. As I explained above - as soon as you make your last move - if that move didnโt remove immediately the two jellies (for example matching a fish which then would eatโฆ

The game doesn't consider other potential moves/effects once you have made your last move - unless your moveโฆ
