Of course it's worth to continue @eby4 . The purpose of the competition is to challenge yourself, see how far you can get and to have fun. Anyone thinking they could actually win the ticket to London or some real money is a fool. So it's worth to keep going until you're out. Just don't spend any money or lose sleep over it!

It will be first player only in the next round, yes. Leaderboards will be larger and competition tougher. You can join late but this does not mean you will get an easier group.
