I'm so sorry. Sadly I cannot help you and King do not usually help players so near to the end of the map because they just want you to spend money or quit the game. Here is what I wrote about this previously:

Hi there. Mine is missing too in an account that was inactive for much of the year. That may indeed be the reason.

Thanks for that information. It explains why one of my accounts has data much lower than expected: I crushed like mad in the past two weeks to finish the tape collection. As you explained that was after the cut-off date, so those levels weren't counted. This now makes sense.

Compared to everyone else, these data are huge @Nobody1 ! You really have done a lot of crushing on that one account (I guess if I add up all of my accounts they would come close to yours).
