  • King don't deal with your money directly. If you don't get help from Player Support (accessed via the help centre in the app in settings) then contact the company which holds your credit card details (Apple, Facebook, Google Playstore etc) for a refund of the money under the claim "purchases not received".

  • Well that's exactly what they are doing @hugyourdog . They are tempting you to pay gold for the extra moves. Often that is the best thing to do at this point, but of course you need to have the gold in order to do it.
