Let me clarify. Even though the game disappears it doesn't actually close. I double-tap the phone button to get a list of running programs and the game screen is there at the track. I tap it and it shows full screen but 3 seconds later it changes to the orange "King" splash screen, apparently restarting.

It seems this problem was fixed some time ago. I'm not sure when, but I waited out on the game trail for a couple Bonnie cycles. I tried it this time and it kept my progress. Some more fun again.

She said: Me too, game freezes every time I step up. I lost everything I had and it did not work!

Good to know so I can replace that Quest.

@MarkHawk please do reply when resolved. The problem is consistent on the main track at least with Bonnie, though not in Events.

Agreed. I send about 20 lives and get none back from Facebook friends; been this way for a year? I only get some from a smart phone user or two.

I think what happened is that King recently added a timer to prevent Bonnie from continuing at level 5 indefinitely. I suspect that when that update was applied it dropped everybody, including me, from 5 to 0 needing to start over for the limited time only.

I suggest that any recent update that caused this be rolled back to the prior version until it is fixed.

Correction, that was level 427.

Again I have been waiting for another Treasure Mill Event for about 3 weeks--not fun.
