Uninstall and reinstall Candy Crush Saga. Next, open the app, tap "Recover my progress" and connect to Facebook. If Facebook access to the Candy Crush app has expired, renew it in the Facebook app. As long as you've synced Facebook and Candy Crush Saga in the past, your game progress will be saved.

If an event disappears before time runs out, you may have logged out of your King or Facebook profile. Check your progress on the main map to make sure you're connected. Otherwise, you may be offline or disconnected
