If you’ve done the update and are still getting the white screen, try this that King Support suggested to me. When you enter the game and the screen goes white, tap the bottom of the screen (if playing on your phone). It worked for me!

I contacted King Support and they replied asking the issue. Explained it and included screenshots. Received the basic answer of “we’ll work on it.” We’ve heard that for almost a week now.

How do I contact someone from King? People on here can tell you something is fixed, but that’s obviously not accurate. How can we get ahold of someone who works for King in Support? This is getting ridiculous. All the games I play are by King. What happens in one and how long it takes to get fixed affects my attitude…
