There is no connection between the two. People at the top of the map do get Pins. But as @christinewupp pointed out to you, they are finished for the moment. However, for Christine and anyone else who didn’t spot this, @QueenB posted in a reply in Support recently that Pins will be returning tomorrow, 3rd November🤞
