Going by what Crazy Cat Lad said, this was not meant to happen. So the only fair solution would seem to be that those of us affected be restored to our original team for the final round.

Extremely frustrating The rules said ‘All players are automatically assigned into a team when the event starts’. Anyone would understand that to mean you would be on the same team for the whole contest. I hope it gets sorted soon.

Same here, Ashen33. I was on Team Odus too, and also contributed millions of points. And today I’ve been moved to Team Olivia, and playing against Odus. Can someone do something, please? Or at least explain.
