That's ridiculous.  Are you telling me that on Dec 2nd all the ad blockers for everyone who's having this problem suddenly, and for no apparent reason, began blocking FHSS?  I don't even have the ad blocker extension for Google Chrome so that is clearly NOT the problem for me.  

Secondly, we have all tried other browsers - multiple times - and it doesn't work. How many times do you need to hear that!?  Continually trying the same so-called fix that doesn't work doesn't help anyone.  Trying the same thing that doesn't work, over and over again, is the very definition of insanity. I'm not doing it again.  It doesn't work. 

I have personally tried different browsers on different computers in different locations with different servers.  It doesn't work.  I have one computer that I don't use for a lot of things so I reset it back to a time when the game was working and it didn't matter; the game still won't load.  

So again, you and "the studio" (whoever they are) are suggesting so-called fixes that don't work. AGAIN.  

There is obviously something wrong with the game.

Thank you Queen B.....i have cleaned my cache and i am using google chrome and my game is stuck on loading.....I never had this problem before i installed windows 10

Have you tried clearing the cache of your browser or a different one? You can download them from the following links:

- http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/upgrade.html

- https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html

- http://www.opera.com/computer

Note! If you're already playing in a supported browser we still recommend trying another browser. 

Now make sure that you clear the cache regularly: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache.

@ckwynn61, sorry to hear that did not help

Maybe we should try removing the game and install it back. First of all, don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before.

 

In order to delete the game from Facebook please follow these steps: 

Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the game app.

Now clear the cache for your computer: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.

Search for the game on Facebook and start playing.

Yes.. after 2 weeks finally in. was told to go to settings and delete game .. clear all your cache and then find game and reload. you will not lose what level you were on etc. It worked for me hope it works for others in order to play.
