Still not happy this game isn,t loading

It,s been well over 2 wks now and this games is still not loading , ive tried everything king suggest from the video , still nothing ...It go,s so far until you press play , then just continues to load ..Its so frustrating ..is it ever going to be fixed and do King Actually Read these comments ...not happy

Are the levels not loading? This is something that's been reported to the game team but we do not have timelines for the investigation.

If you've done all of these steps, we thank you for your patience and ask you to check in on your game from time to time to see improvements made in the game.

If you have a mobile device that you're using to play too, that shouldn't have these issues.
