There is an endless loop of carrots dropping so you can‘t finish the Level

I play on an IPad 4th Gen. I guess I had so far about 100 attempts

May I please have your Game ID so I can report this further?

Open the game app, select the in-game settings and select the cogwheel.

Log the game app out of Facebook and select “Account”.

Double-tap on the King logo and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your User ID.

Funny, but now it works. Maybe logging out did the trick? Sorry I bothered you. But now I have the cloud that was missing before and no carrots
