Game stuck

I am on level 2800- I have won this level 4 times, but the game won't advance. It's stuck on 2800. I have tried logging off and back on using both my Iphone and Ipad. Still won't advance to the next level on either device. Please help!

Why will my game not let me play level 2801 after passing level 2800. I have uninstalled and reinstalled game several times and still not able to get to level 2801
