I'm sorry you're having trouble shopping. As Fluzzard has explained to you, from the Community we cannot manage these types of problems, and that person you spoke with (Mario) does not belong to the Community, but to the technical support of the game. Often times technical support responses are spammed, have you checked it? You should contact again from your game and explain what happened to you. I'm sure they will fix it.
