Thank you all for letting us know about the Ads for extra moves that are making the game freeze!
We've reported this to the team in charge and this is currently being investigated. We hope to have this sorted out shortly and in the meantime, you can try clearing the cache and restart the game app and see if that helps.

I play farm heroes super saga on both an iPhone and iPad. Both are updated to the latest iOS. I’ve updated the game to v1.62.2.0, but when you watch videos to gain extra moves there are several errors. Sometimes the moves will appear (present box), but you can’t open the box to retrieve them.
Other times the box opens, but the game won’t allow you to play the moves (screen freeze). Can only be fixed by closing the app. I’ve lost countless moves now, very frustrating.
