Screen goes black after first match in game.

I have an older Apple iPad and my king game will play the first move, then the screen goes black. there are no updates at App Store to fix this bug. Has this happened to anyone else? All updates of IOS software are current.

Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem with your game.

With improvements to graphics, sound and the addition of new features in our games, some older devices may not be able to handle the implemented changes. Please could you check that you are playing on a compatible device?

- iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 and later models

- iPad 3 and later models

Here are a few steps which fix the vast majority of issues:
