On level 73 how can I make the wind go in the up direction so the squirrel's tail can hit it?

I can't win the game because the acorn never rises above the bottom row. It does the same thing on facebook and on my android tablet

The wind blows in whichever direction you make the moves, so on this occasion, upwards.
