I am a long time player and almost embarrassed to say I've spent thousands of dollars on both Farm Heroes and Candy Crush. I'd never written to KING customer service until today because I was annoyed that I had spent a ton of gold bars, boosters, and magic beans on levels 1213 and 1215 only to find out there is an error in both these rounds in that the "Manticore" companion shows it produces 2 green apples when in reality it produces 0.
The response from King customer service was that I needed to uninstall the entire game and start from 0 again and I am on level 1215! Seriously??? Forget about refunding any of my money!
But the customer service person did give me some bonus boosters and when I looked in my account there was absolutely nothing there!
