Passing target changed by the developer

hey,
i've been stucked at level 1386 for couple weeks, and this morning i passed it. This morning, i found that the target reduced by developer without any notice. How it could be happened?
i took this screenshot yesterday.

Hi @MarkHawk, could u help me whats going on here. Why the passing target changed after all i've done day by day. And now isabel is one level higher than me because of this problem.

Hi murtopo

I've seen other levels that have changed over time. This can happen if a level is either too difficult or too easy. The game studio are always listening to player feedback and if too many players are stuck then they'll modify either the target or the number of moves.
