This is the first time I've seen a video, but unfortunately it does not work on my device, all of my friends work for them except me

    The studio is aware of this and looking in to it, but just out of curiosity, have you tried switching from Mobile Data to Wifi and vice versa and see if that helps?

    When I click watch ads for moves or other options I can't access although I'm connected.

    Is this still persisting for you? If yes, can you let us know which device you are playing, Android, Apple, Facebook, King.com?

    If on mobile, can you also let us know which game app version you have installed?

    The “Watch Ad” for Free Booster doesn’t work and the next message appears: “The video couldn’t be played at this time”. I have an iPhone X with the latest game version. What should I do?

    We've reported this to the studio so we know this is being looked at but we don't have a timeframe for a fix. You can try switching from mobile data to WiFi or vise versa and see if that helps.

    If not, keep an eye on this post as we will update it as soon as we know more.

    Hi guys, @A_K , @Fadya, I have a quick question...

    So what happens exactly when you select to watch the Ads? Is the bore playing a level Ad or the after failed a level ad that is not working?

    Is your game connected to Wifi or mobile data when watching the ads and have you by any chance tested the ads with different connections?

    It never worked anywhere. 
    I tried different connections: Mobil data and several WiFi.
