Why doesn't free stuff work

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!

All the King games requires a strong internet connection! Even a slightest disturbance would cause such kind of issues in the game!

I can say this for sure because, I too have had this experience once or twice. It is what it says... we have to make sure that the WiFi is strong! If you are in doubt, close the App, disconnect from Wifi ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for 2-3 minutes. Now check if the problem gets resolved!
