Hi,

I did the following:

Un-installed Facebook & FHSS
Rebooted mobile
Re-installed Latest Facebook from Playstore on Android mobile
Re-installed FHSS
Can you please get in touch to restore my last past level (545)?

I'm not quite sure I follow you here but I was able to locate your game records and it looks like your game is currently on level 547 so what is the issue?

I open the app on my mobile and it wants me to start at level 1 again.

What am I missing or have to do on my mobile to be presented with 547?

@johank330, can you try disconnecting the game app from Facebook, close the game app, open it again and connect it back and see if that helps?

Like I said, our system shows your game is on the correct level so there might be a connection issue with the app. May I also have a screenshot of the game map showing you are back at level 1 so I can have a closer look please?

Hi,

I dont get the chance to "disconnect" from Facebook. When I start the app, the connection "icon" comes up, circles, and then shows it is now connected. When I revert to settings within the game, I don't have "disconnect" option to refresh the connection between the game and Facebook.

Notes:

a. I am certainly on the latest version of Facebook (ver 278.0.0.51.119)

b. I downloaded FHSS 2020 via Playstore

c. I do all activities via WiFi and my connection to the net is stable.

No luck as yet..

Thanks but i need a screenshot of the game map, so I can see your avatar is on level 1 and have a look at the rest of the map to see if I can inf an issue.

Also, show me the options you get when trying to connect or disconnect. Thanks 😊

The game is not connected, that is why you starting at level 1. What happens when you select "Save your Progress"? Are you able to log in?

Hi,

I followed the Save you progress, then it presented me with the login request which I did and now I am back on level 547.

Thank you for that..

My outstanding query and my original attempt to fix was that I do not see my fiance as a friend or FH friend on my list and see her on my score chart. Neither does she see me..

Please help..
