There could be several things happening here. Check to see if there is an update available for the game. Check your Internet connectivity usually this is my issue. I reset my game in May after getting so frustrated at level 16400+. I starting to realize that I will need a new game to play if I keep up at this pace. I would also check to make sure they are not on your friends list. King Customer Care has suggested in the past that this is a possibility even though they were not with instructions to remove them. With BOT stats like that, why bother. Have a great day😊 August 27, 2024 - 11:05 AM NST
