I completed the love season regularly and then purchased the premium path. I can get most of the premium items but for the multiple items like 3 lollipops and gold, I keep getting this glitch. I went to support for purchase history but I don’t see any contact us button at all. I use an iPhone.

This event was stupid hard, as I depleted all of my boosters and some gold for extra moves. Unfortunately I didn’t make it in time to keep the costume as I was gathering stars. Level 10 is stupidly hard…

Currently I’m stuck on level eight and it is very difficult. And I know there’s plenty of time left but I feel that the rewards aren’t worth it. They’re not special. If the rewards are gold bars, maybe. But I’m going to pass on the event... this will be the first time but king really needs to make the rewards worth more
