Mr reply to you from earlier was hours ago, it still hasn't appeared. I understand approving newbie posts, as a precaution, but not when someone has been posting for a couple of years

Why do my posts need approving, and why is it taking so long? Edit: yet this one posted straight away 😕 whilst my previous one is still floating around somewhere.
