I've won it enough times to forget exactly how many times I did. I'll say 4: twice at king.com and twice via the Win10 app. It might've happened more though. Anyway, don't feel you're missing out. The only useful boosters in there are the hammer & hand switch - and I'd much rather land on either of those instead of the…

@petitpois Look around at a handful of other threads in Support; you're not the only one with this issue. And don't buy in to the 'you need to upgrade your operating system' theory. My Win10 app of the game has been doing the same. This all started around the time King removed the scoreboard when players open a level.…

@quiltedpink It might be an iPad exclusive. The only time I've seen/gotten it is when playing on my nephew's iPad. Otherwise, I've never seen it via PC on either the Win10 app or king.com.

@bearwithme Both, actually. :) I originally started off playing at king.com when my nieces & nephew introduced me to the game. But then I not too long ago learned what you mentioned, that King stopped making new levels in the old Flash version and new levels would only be in the HTML5 format on mobile/app versions. So I…

@Sharon_Loose I'm not sure about accessing a website on iPads. I only play Candy Crush Saga on my computer. What I do is go to Google search, type in 'king candy crush', and click the first result, which for me is always https://king.com/game/candycrush That way I play the game in my browser - no downloads/installs needed.

@bearwithme I recall you've been playing for a long time, longer than me. It sounds like there was a different system implemented in the past because in the 2 years I've been playing there, I never had to install anything via king.com. I can see why you'd be hesitant to play there then; sorry about the loss! I'll let you…

@bearwithme et al. I can only assume you guys are collecting sugar drops on a non-king.com platform. Now bear in mind the saying "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me." The reason King employees/forum shills are pressuring players to switch from king.com to the new HTML5 platform is because it is in their…

Thanks for looking into the matter @Foley1362, but it's not urgent anymore. Almost right after I posted, I opened my game and it worked like normal again. Came back now a few hours later, and it's still working fine. I would like an explanation of what happened, sure, but all's well that ends well. I had no idea about that…

Logged on to my computer this afternoon and discovered the same issue, @Soit3D. The connection button spins slowly before turning into a red X. When I open the game, it displays, but the parts that require connectivity are down (i.e., it shows I have 0 gold bars even though I have plenty). I'm sure we can't be the only…

Thanks @Xadora, didn't know about that feature. @Sukanta_Biswas The Microsoft link is just a download link? That's what I used not too long ago to finally get the Win10 app version of CCS anyway. I don't see anything about updating the game on that page. In any case, I think King is deliberately screwing its loyal players…
