I have the same issue plus it doesn't show the current winner at the top while you're playing the levels, I guess I should have searched mystery Mountain instead of duplicating the question but oh well hopefully they have an answer. I even looked for an update thought maybe it was an update issue but no updates either.

This might be an obvious question but you are using the levels that have the candy drops right? If you are then I would definitely email them there might be something wrong with your connection or their connection. Go to your settings on the game and click on contact us.

It's possible you'll eventually get there if you have any boosters use both of those in the beginning hopefully you'll get a good combo to help you pass that's what I had to use

Do you mean your Google Play data as in purchasing something? Once you log into your Facebook account and sync it with your candy crush it should automatically link together with your Candy Crush

All I can think of is, at the end after you passed, when it's adding up all your candies and finalizing, if you back out of the level or close the game without the score fully completing, it will not pass you through. Because that's the end of the levels from the latest update. I thought it was weird to only have 15 levels from this latest update, it seems there should be more. But the construction sign is there. I'm hoping this is temporary and maybe they'll have another update this week...hoping!
