Same problem here (stuck at "loading..." on startup) for Chrome and Firefox (before and after upgrade to ver 57). It loads OK in Opera (v48) but again stuck when I try to go into individual levels. i am also having the same issue with up loading this game.. i can play others but not this one.. is there something going on with it?? They have NEVER answered my reports of problems.

I've had a similar problem in the past five days in that I have lost all of my lives/growth twice. They just disappear and if they do reappear, nothing happens when I click on them.

I've been told the number of moves is now the same for both and that the video I saw was an old one. But it's still true that device players get the free baskets.

Not only do they get more moves, but they also get FREE BASKETS and you know how valuable those are. Computer players do not get these nor do we get free lives. There is a huge difference between playing on a computer and on a device/phone.

Happy to report that the game has loaded for me all day. I didn't do anything, it 'just' finally loaded and worked. Many others have said it is now working for them too. So glad that King Care found the problem and fixed it.

So, the browser doesn't matter, we've figured 'that' out. It seems that KING CARE should at least acknowledge that there is a problem and that they are working on it. I've had the same thing happen for weeks now. You click on the link, get the infinity sign and then it resets back to however many lives you had when you clicked on it. I've tried doing it with 0 lives or with several lives and still get nothing.
