YouTube level runthroughs are usually old(er) and do not show the correct amount of moves. We all have the same moves now. As for boosters: some players played for the whole of last year to collect as many boosters and gold for this competition. Others invest thousands to buy booster packs. All Stars isn't about fairness.…

You are competing against these players too. Why should they be banned? They've done nothing wrong. And what do you mean by "i notice that many others start each level with 20 more moves and 10 000 more boosters or unlimited ufo's etc"? How do you know?
