I can play Candy Royale again after getting bounced out for I have the same issue with the tiers in Candy Royale too. Complete more levels for the same amount of GB.

I was able to start a Candy Royale but was kicked out of my game for not enough targets available. @QueenB this is not a level where targets need to be "made". I don't understand why I was kicked out of Candy Royale? There's obviously another problem Candy Royale is having. All ingredients should be on the board already.
