You would need to contact support from within the game. They can see if gold bars have been claimed, or if you have spent them etc etc but we cannot see that here.

Oh Joelle I am sorry. I have had that happen outside of King and its really annoying. Which device are you using? How are you logging in? It sounds like its losing connection 🤨
