The best thing to do would be to message player support from within the game, they can access your account (we cannot) and see if they can see what is going on. It sounds like it didn't connect to save progress, but ask them nicely and they are usually fairly good ๐
@blossom the issue is when not everybody is affected. Mine lags on a couple of games but PRS isn't one of them. So its harder to isolate the issue when some do and some don't. That's why I am asking for devices to see if we can spot a pattern.
Welcome to the community. I know I asked you on your other post but please let us know which device you are playing on. Make sure you have as much free space as you can (petopia uses a lot), make sure all apps are closed from running in the background. Close the game and reboot your device. Also check for updates.
