I like the card that sweeps away the leaves and it has great graphics using the Sand Wind to do so. Yet, it doesn't remove chain links or locks. Twould be nice to have a specific element card, to remove the chains and locks, particularly those at the bottom of a locked pile.

I agree with @johamilton the Joker is a great fall back card and handy to have. The Spinners give out these to collect in a stock pile for when you really need them. I find them useful for the Chain Blockers and when having locked cards.

Playing on PC I never had any issues with freezing, pop ups and always received and sent lives.
