  • Hi @Donna_Cornell The game version on PC/Facebook is written differently from the mobile/app version and it's proved more difficult to add Petopia to the PC version. I had the most trouble collecting enough of the locked blocks, so concentrated on carefully dropping them down (glass will only break on a solid block - without a timer) Once there were a few down I then opened the locks, this saved on moves.   • Hi @CherAnn56 log into the game the same way you used to with your previos account (either with an email or facebook) If it does not put you at your current level immediately, sometimes you need to play Level 1 then it will reconnect to where you were at.
