I am playing on a tablet there is no access to 'my profile'. I have tried everything I can think of. I can't play anymore because, as I said, it's too hard. I need King to sort this out as I have so much money on this game as they will see when they look into this.

Hi, I contacted them yesterday. It's just a shame as at this level it's very hard to play without boosters.

I am very unhappy with your response. I know how the game works I'm near the end it, been playing for a long time. I have NOT deleted and reinstalled, my Wi-Fi is fine.. my boosters disappeared and I have logged in and out and still nothing. I feel you should do something to help me. This is unfair.

I can see these on the screen before I play:- an 'ACE' that removes all blockers in the way/another 'ACE' that lets you see the next card in your deck/and another booster that lets you see all the cards face up.
