That's because the game is being switched to a HTML5 version of the game which is essentially the mobile/tablet version.There's nothing to "resolve", Facebook announced that they will no longer support Flash due to it's abundant security risks so King either update or shut the game on FB completely.

I don't understand, how does the game being in full screen stop you from being able to play? I take it you're playing straight from FB, right? Take a screenshot and share it here if you can, it can be helpful to see what's going on.

What level are you on? Did you read the comment below where it says "Level Failed"? It usually tells you why you didn't pass the level, it could offer some hints.

Not sure I really understand but sounds like you're also having a hard time with level 2443.
