This happened before on FB, it was a temporary issue though so it got sorted out by itself. Is your gameboard still showing up the same Diane?

I've seen this gameboard resolution problem before where it looks zoomed in, it was a temporary issue on Facebook if I remember right. Is your gameboard still showing up the same way Constance?

It's ssooooooooooooooooo hard without them! Easiest thing to do is play on FB or King.com for now as the Mystery candies are there!!

It looks like it's only on Mobile that they haven't included Mystery Candies. Play the level on King.com or FB and get back to mobile, way easier than playing it without mystery candies!

It's been this way for a while Laura, I've inquired in the past as to why I've not had them and was told by someone in customer support that some event's aren't always rolled out to everyone and that the selection is made at random.

Doing a soft reset may help by disconnecting your profile to the game and adding a new. When you're on Facebook Homepage you should see a list of your apps on the left hand side. Have you started with the general browser troubleshooting Chris? If you haven't it's always a good idea to clear your Cache and Cookies and that everything is up to date. If that doesn't change anything then try play the game in a different browser to rule out any browser related issues.

Ahhh 1107, the painful memories this brings to mind! The mystery candies were actually taken out of the level Denise. From what I've been able to gather this was an AB test of some sort. You're lucky though as I had it too but it disappeared into thin air one day :(
