Did you make a previous purchase recently by any chance? The iTunes stores tends to send you a receipt that includes recent purchases which make it something look like double purchases.

Yeah my thought would be that you might have problems with it as the browser version is not techincally designed to be played from a tablet or mobile, which is why you usually need to install the game app which is made specifically for them, but I could be wrong. Certainly not a bad suggestion for the later levels but maybe they consider it to be more challenging this way. That's the problem though as the game continues to add more levels, the further it gets, the more difficult it becomes each time.
