Sounds like your account progress has merged, it can happen if someone connects to their Facebook in game before closing the game down from the previous users game. Boosters and messages don't sync with progress and gold so the accounts merging wouldn't affect those, uninstalling the game on the other hand would of wiped…

If you connect to Facebook there's no option to change your avatar as far as I'm aware of, it will always use your FB profile picture. If you have a Kingdom account on the other hand, you can change your avatar in the settings.

You need to connect your game to either your Facebook or Kingdom account as that's what you sync your progress to. Or have you already done that?

Actually if you read their T&C's, technically even the ones you purchase aren't yours. But if you have a problem they do provide you with a service, it is what you pay for in the end. When I lost my phone I got all my purchases credited back to me.

Did you grab any screenshots of this? If the nut is not dropping, is something filling the space below it or does it leave an empty space?
