I think that the main problems of this level are four jellies (Red circles). It is because there are no candies can reach. First, you should make striped candies to beat that stiped candy (green circle). Then, try to make more special candies to get all the jellies. (striped candies are very useful)

This is the level photo I don't know why the boosters cannot on the board as I use starting boosters. You should use at least one move to let the starting boosters spawn.... Very strange, different as other levels.
