I mostly play Farm Heroes but I think most games and levels gets changed over time. I've been lucky sometimes to find that a specific level worked differently on Facebook. Might be worth checking out : )

Try connecting the game to Facebook then play the event there. I've done this trick before and it seems to reset or update the game data on my phone.

Not sure what caused it but I recommend to make sure you have the game connected online to save your levels and gold bars.

Some of the levels change over time so you'll have to use the YouTube date filter - this way you'll get the newest videos first

I just answered a thread on the same question : )) What happened with the bank? Normally you can either buy the bank or close the window.

Normally you can close the popup with the piggy bank. Are you playing on phone or on Facebook?

You might want to make sure the game is connected online to backup your levels and goldbars. Not sure how you can get the coins back.

Try these two things that solved the issue for me: 1) make sure the game is connected to Facebook and then play and complete a level in Farm. 2) try disconnecting from FB, reboot, start Farm, then reconnect

You could try a re-install. Just make sure you have backed up your levels and gold. Boosters are gone after re-install - learned that after a couple of re-installs -_-

Have a look at some of the videos on YouTube. Just make sure you're using the date filter as some of the levels has changed over time ;-)
