I'm not at home now but will do so later (will be at least 6 hours or so before I can) and post on here my results! Hoping to see comments from the others that it's working for them so I will have high hopes when I get home!

Add me to the list of having this issue. The screenshots and descriptions are exactly what is happening to me as well. It sucks because I want to be able to play but cannot. I really hope this can be fixed soon without any of us losing our boosters and "stuff". :(

I am having the same issue on my PC, I can supply player ID, etc. if needed. Thanks for posting the screenshots, they are exactly what I am seeing on my screen as well.

It said it needed approval before it would be posted. Ugh, nothing seems to be going right today! :) I'll wait a few hours to submit a "ticket" and if my post doesn't get approved I'll go forward.

I'm not using facebook, I'm using the app on Windows 10. Please see the screenshot I attached above. I'm saying it won't connect to my facebook profile....it's keeps spinning around and if I press on the "connect" it says "not connected". PLEASE can you look into this? I'm unable to play. :(
