@magavali @nm5969 Have you tried force closing the app and then clearing the cache? This simple step sometimes solves a lot of issues. The last resort is always reinstalling the game but if you do so you will lose all the boosters and the Jelly Queen event too as they are stored on your device's memory.
Hi @magavali The game had some issues, it's true but all the issues are resolved with the latest updates. Is your game up to date? Sometimes it's up to the device. Which version of Android are you using?

Hi there π @nm5969 I am not sure which "help from the game" are you referring to. They are starting the level without Friendly boosters and didn't use any of the lollipops.
