@mendes4 Many players have reported got stuck at various levels and have been waiting. I don't have an explanation for it. May be the community managers @QueenMia can shed some light on it. All I can say is that I play the game regularly on Android and occasionally on Win10, and I am sync with FB.

Hi there, You need to crush candies next to the hearts to move them toward the heart shape holders. The number of steps moved is dependent on how many crush / hit in a single move. I have been getting the extra lives from the reward boxes quite consistently now. I think once you earned all the outfits, the extra life will be dispensed more often as no more outfit fragments can be earned anymore.
